ProJusticia is a cooperation between individuals, NGO's, scholars and
the business world.
One of the project's main goals is to raise the awareness that
private property is a fundamental human right, ultimately that of
existence and of survival.
ProJusticia also intends to develop together with
international institutions and national governments judicial
mechanisms which are competent to resolve still pending ownership
claims and hopefully help implement legal means which will prevent
future confiscations, forced nationalisations and other illegal
property seizures from happening.
The founding partners are ILOG Foundation LTD, Pro Karelia ry and Associazione
Culturale Giuliana and human-dignity.
ILOG Foundation LTD and Pro Karelia ry are both responsible for strategy.
ILOG Foundation LTD is in charge of coordination and organisation of joint activities. Human-dignity provides assistance in questions regarding the recognition and application of Human Rights.
Associazione Culturale Giuliana will function as treasury. Pro Karelia ry is responsible for system administration and web-design.
